Miss Choux started as a lockdown project in 2021. We are two sisters Juliette and Sienna from French and Italian parents and have a passion for cooking. Growing up around our parent’s restaurants Grappa and Oliveto, food development has been something that has come naturally. We started Miss Choux to bring Sydney one of France’s most popular deserts, the Choux! Our Choux are all made to order with the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. We use amazing local ingredients as well as ingredients from all around the world. Think, pistachio from Bronte, an amazing small town in Sicily, Amarelli Liqcorice from Calabria, Chestnut cream from France, Vanilla beans from Madagascar, hazelnuts from Piemonte and much more! We also source amazing local produce from Australia, mangoes, strawberries, lemons, raspberries and passionfruit to name a few. Our Choux are prepared to order , made with lots of love and care in Sydney!!
